Judicial Center

The Pendleton County Judicial Center opened on June 12, 2010.  All matters relating to District, Circuit, Juvenile, and Family Courts as well as obtaining drivers licensing, paying court costs, traffic tickets and all other matters related to the Circuit Clerks Office are located in this facility.  The Offices of the Court Designated Worker, Pre-trial, and Drug Court are also housed here.

The Kentucky General Assembly authorized the Pendleton County project in 2005 and approved its funding in 2006. The total project cost is $11.7 million. The building will be 35,373 square feet and is expected to be completed in July 2009.

The Justice Center will contain the Circuit Clerks Office, three court rooms and other offices related to court services.

The center will be a secured building and all visitors to the center will be required to pass through a screening area which will be operated by Court Security Officers employed by the Pendleton County Sheriff's Office.
